In all honesty, I hadn't used this in a while. I play board games a fair bit, but usually they are other kinds of games, not like this. However, when I was looking for things that I could arrange in a lot of different ways, I realized that this was perfect for that. Later that day, after taking the pictures, my sister asked me if I wanted to do something together. Because I had just taken the pictures of the board, I suggested it, and we had a lot of fun together. As for editing these images, I used somewhat different processes for each. For Yin & Yang, I began by adding a blur effect to the background because the carpet was kind of distracting. Then I just tweaked some adjustments to make it look a little nicer. I went a bit heavier on The Enemy of My Enemy, though. I wanted it to be more dramatic, so I took advantage of the noisy nature of the carpet, and didn't blur it out. I turned the contrast way up and the brightness down, and then applied the Crystallize filter at the end. I really like how these both turned out, and they were fun pictures to make.
